Condo #C-301 is located at 1785 Middle Gulf Drive and is one of the most sought
after condos at Sanddollar. It is a third floor, quiet corner unit and offers
ample living space to accommodate up to six people comfortably. All you need
to do is walk out to the lanai for an awesome view the beautiful white sandy
beach on the Gulf of Mexico. You are only 30 feet from the beach!
The living room faces the Gulf of Mexico. The unobstructed views of the sunrise in the morning, the moon and stars at night, and the birds, dolphins, boats, and people during the day are spectacular!
This beautifully appointed unit features 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master
bedroom features a lanai for those who want an extra place enjoy the fabulous
views. The master bedroom is furnished in white wicker with a king sized bed,
desk, dresser, and 2 closets. A TV/DVD combo unit has been provided for those of
you who enjoy watching TV in bed. The luxurious newly remodeled master bathroom
is very spacious and features a large walk-in shower and dressing room.
The guest bedroom is furnished in dark rattan and features twin beds, cable TV/DVD combo unit, dresser, and large closet. The guest bath has also been completely and luxuriously remodeled much like the master bath with a tub and shower.
The recently remodeled kitchen is completely outfitted with a large Corian bar
area with all the latest appliances, including a microwave, electric range,
refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. The cupboards are equipped with everything
you will need to prepare a simple breakfast or an elegant dinner. You can
experience "waterfront dining" three meals a day if you wish.
The spacious living room is furnished in an attractive, easy Florida style. This is a place you can really feel at home. Decorative touches include lots of shells and beautiful artwork. The lanai has comfortable outdoor furniture with a view of the Gulf that is unsurpassed.
Sanibel is a place for rest and relaxation, and is not known to have much in the
way of man made "attractions." You may choose to spend your day relaxing in or
around the large, heated Sanddollar pool or on one of the finest white sand
beaches. Many visitors enjoy swimming or floating on a raft in the Gulf. Our
waters are safe for both young and old.
Shelling is a year round activity, the area being known as one of the world's best shelling beaches. Some 300 species of shells are found here. It is also known as a birding "hot spot", a term known to serious birders. Four hundred species of birds frequent the island during the year.
There are three tennis courts on the Sanddollar premises. A bicycle is
provided to explore the island on it's extensive bike path system. Additional
bikes may be rented on the island. Sanibel Island has two 18 hole golf courses
and many more are at nearby off island locations.
Additionally, other items provided to make your stay convenient and enjoyable are: high speed wireless internet access, 2 telephones, an answering machine; chairs and lounges for the beach; games, sand toys, books; DVD/VCR combo, cable TV's, radio/CD/tape player, and a full sized washing machine & dryer inside the condo for your use.
All you need to bring are your clothes and some groceries. You'll be ready for a great vacation!
